Robbie Wahl

  • Senior Architect

Originally from Decatur, Alabama, Robbie Wahl discovered his passion for architecture in high school through drafting and technical design courses, while also working as a draftsman for a local architectural firm. This early hands-on experience provided a strong foundation in the full project lifecycle, and he quickly progressed to managing small projects during summer breaks while in college. Robbie earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University in 2006, including a year of study at the Center for Urban Design (Urban Studio).

With 19 years of experience, Robbie brings comprehensive expertise across all phases of project development and management. His portfolio spans a wide range of project types, from small-scale renovations to large, multi-million-dollar facilities, including work in residential, multi-family, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, office, government, retail, and food-service sectors.

Robbie resides in Birmingham with his wife and their two young daughters. Outside the office, he is a licensed hot air balloon pilot, an avid LEGO collector, and enjoys camping. He is actively involved in the community, having served on the junior board of the Birmingham Children’s Theatre, participated in multiple church council and committee roles, and currently serves on the Alabama Jubilee Hot Air Balloon Classic Organization Committee and the board of the Heart of Dixie Balloon Club.
