Gretchen Mager

Gretchen has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. She loves being part of the a/e/c community and watching a project progress from concept to completion. She has quite a vast resume ranging from a retired boat captain to a newborn photographer! At Caldwell, Gretchen manages several Office Administration tasks across multiple departments that include client interface, IT operations, scheduling, vendor/product rep relations and project administration.

Gretchen loves being creative, when she is not behind a camera lens, she takes every opportunity to highlight her skills through helping the marketing department. She is a sports mom through and through. When she isn’t driving her son to and from various sports team activities, she volunteers her time as a Board Member for the local Highschool sports program.
